This oddly difficult question spreads across many very touchy subjects in society. From abortion to assisted suicide,  different societies around the world seem to have a hard time making their collective mind on those topics. 

Sex workers are also caught smack in the middle of this. If your body is your own, can you sell it for sex? And if not, who does it belong to?

In My Life as an Escort, you peak behind the curtain of what it means to be an Escort.  Gain financial independence by satisfying the needs of your clients and in the process learn more about them and escorts in general. 

At the heart of the experiment are hundreds of real-life testimonies, collected in the media, books, and interviews with actual escorts.  Those testimonies are fueling the narrative engine of the game to render as much as possible the complex layers of humanity involved. 

Key Features

• Player Customization System, choose your sex, your orientation and how you want to present yourself to your clients
• Narrative System; Meet clients and other escorts, and learn their story step by step every time you meet them.  Clients and Escorts have unique stories generated from real-life testimonies. 
• Survival System; Financial independence is at the core of the game; keep your budget afloat or you lose.  Maintaining higher standards improves your chance to make more money but it is also more costly and complicated to manage. 
• House Customization System; Use your funds to improve your house, move to a bigger flat and live the high life. 

Current Stage: Prototype

• We have all our base systems in place but not polished and certainly not balanced. 
• There is no Art direction whatsoever yet; all assets (3D, 2D, sounds, icons, etc...) are placeholders.
• We are still iterating on the core experience; trying to make the game interesting and fun while keeping true to the core message.
• A playable version coming soon
